5 Benefits of coffee in skin care

I don't know about you, but I am an avid coffee drinker. On a regular day I drink 3 to 5 big cups a day (which I, of course, balanced with lots of with water). But have you ever considered the effects that coffee and caffeine have on your skin? Today, we are going to talk about those benefits and effects.
